Choose a page responsibility, composition, family, block, preset, and theme token in that order. Add motion only when it improves the content job, and keep owner facts in the consuming site.
The implementation references in this section describe what the selected Core tag actually shipped. Product-planning vocabulary is presented separately so a future direction is not mistaken for runtime behavior.
Control note: Core decides how a page is composed and rendered. Control may provide the shared workspace, review, approval, and publishing path, but it does not replace the site-owned source or change the portable contract.
